In 2018, Rosati made her debut at the Theater an der Wien, achieving early success as Jemmy in Rossini’s Guillaume Tell, conducted by Diego Matheuz and staged by Thorsten Fischer.

Further engagements have taken her to prestigious festivals, theaters, and concert halls including the Bregenz and Salzburg Festivals, Innsbruck Early Music Festival, Musikverein Vienna, Konzerthaus Vienna, MuTh Concert Hall, Kammeroper Vienna, Philharmonie Luxembourg, Opéra national de Lorraine (France), Theater an der Wien, Neue Oper Wien, Liederhalle Stuttgart, Maggyart Festival (Italy), Musikfestspiele Potsdam Sanssouci, Wratislavia Cantans (Poland), and the Rabenhof Theater Vienna. In the 2023–2025 seasons, Rosati is a member of the ensemble at the Salzburg State Theatre.

She has celebrated special successes at the Felsenreitschule Salzburg, including as Sacerdotessa in a new production of Aida conducted by Leslie Suganandarajah and directed by Andreas Gergen; as ICE in the Austrian premiere of Anthropocene by Stuart MacRae, staged by Agnessa Nefjodov; as Corinna in G. This spring, she will appear as Colonnella in Antonio Salieri’s rarely performed opera Il Mondo alla rovescia. She will also make her debut as Fantasca in an adaptation of Johann Strauss’s operetta Indigo and the Forty Thieves as part of the Viennese Johann Strauss Year.
