Ticket Purchase

The sale is binding and cannot be canceled or modified once the purchase process is complete. However, the sale is only finalized if payment has been received or if the booking process has been completed with a valid credit card and the payment has been authorized by the respective credit card company.

The admission ticket does not serve as an invoice within the meaning of §11 of the Value Added Tax Act and does not entitle the holder to deduct input tax.

The distribution partner acts as an intermediary, selling tickets to buyers on behalf and for the account of the event organizer. Tickets cannot be returned (exchanged or repurchased) – except in the case of event cancellation.

Ticket Collection

Purchased tickets can be collected at the box office or from the respective pre-sale points. Collection requires presentation of the reservation confirmation and the credit card used for payment. For tickets purchased through the online shop, the terms and conditions of the respective provider and organizer apply. Disclaimer of Liability

Johann Strauss-Festjahr2025 Wien GmbH (Johann Strauss 2025 Vienna) assumes no liability for damages resulting from the payment process not being authorized by the commissioned credit card company.

Consent

By purchasing a ticket, visitors agree to comply with the house rules of the respective venue.

Ticket holders give their explicit consent that recordings made of them during or in connection with the event may be used in the media without compensation, without any time, content, or territorial restrictions, using any current or future technical procedure.

Discounts

Proof of entitlement to a discount must be presented at entry without request.

Late Entry

Latecomers are subject to the entry policy of the respective venue's house rules. Depending on the production, late entry may not always be permitted. Tickets without stubs are invalid. Upon leaving the venue, the ticket becomes invalid. Misuse will be prosecuted.

Changes

The organizer (venue) reserves the right to make changes to cast, program, and dates if reasonable. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or program change not caused by the organizer (venue), no expenses (such as hotel or travel costs) will be reimbursed, and any intermediary, system, or handling fees will not be refunded.

Safety Notice

Some events may pose a risk of hearing or health damage due to noise levels. The organizer (venue) assumes liability for such and any other material or personal damages only if they are at fault.

At all events, large bags, backpacks, umbrellas, glass bottles, beverages, and dangerous items are not permitted.

Recording Prohibition

Audio, film, video, and photo recordings are not permitted. In the event of non-compliance, recording devices may be held by the organizer until the end of the event.

Bad Weather Policy

Open-air events can take place in any weather. Visitors are responsible for providing their own rain gear. Umbrellas are not permitted at the venues!

The use of personal data is governed by the privacy policy. The privacy policy is an integral and binding part of these terms and conditions.
