Born in Bad Tölz, Alexander Findewirth studied “Musical Theater” at the Music and Arts University of Vienna (MUK). During his studies, he already appeared on stage in the German-language premiere of “Be More Chill” and at the Landestheater Linz in the world premiere of “The Wave”, which was awarded the “German Musical Theater Prize 2021”. Following his studies, he appeared as A-Rab (“West Side Story”) at the Seefestspiele Mörbisch, in “Blues Brothers” at the Semperoper Dresden, “Footloose” at the Chemnitz Opera, “Anne of Green Gables” at the Theater der Jugend in Vienna, “Cabaret” at the Tipi am Kanzleramt in Berlin and in “Anastasia” and “Catch Me If You Can” at the Landestheater Linz. He also played Jim Farrell (“Titanic”) at Theater Erfurt and Chuck Cranston and Ren McCormack (“Footloose”) on tour through Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
