Joachim Rigler was born in 1990 in Lower Austria. During his studies at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, he began working as a freelance singer, guitarist, and composer. Vocal music lies at the heart of his creative work and shapes the majority of his projects.
He is best known for his performances with the band Gesangskapelle Hermann, as well as with the recently founded singer-songwriter duo Ana Schena Ois Da Aundare and the performative vocal trio Wientaler Dreigesang.
In the field of (musical) theatre, he has collaborated with the Aktionstheater Ensemble, performed at the Akademietheater, and is currently involved in the children’s musical theatre series Sebastian und das Tontelefon at the Vienna Musikverein.
