19-year-old New York native, Èbùn, has delved wholeheartedly into composition, conducting, songwriting, production, and multi-instrumentalism. Commissioned to write a piece for GRAMMY-award winning violinist, Johnny Gandelsman, at the age of 14, her piece was performed at Carnegie Music Hall and The Wallis. The full album, This is America: An Anthology 2020 - 2021, reached No. 2 on the Billboard Traditional Classical Chart.
She has also been commissioned to write for New Thread Quartet under mentorship from Pulitzer-Prize winner Tania León and Erin Rogers with the organization Composers Now. In 2021, Èbùn was featured on From the Top, where she was interviewed by Kevin Olusola, the beatboxer from the 3-time GRAMMY-Award winning group, Pentatonix, on NPR.
Other works of hers have been performed by the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, BIT20 Ensemble in the Bergen International Festival, Little Orchestra Society, The Apollo Ensemble of Boston, Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra, and Cincinnati Youth Choir.
